i lovingly challenged my biology professor about evolution in class today.
i simply did my homework before class and was finally able to not just sit there, but come ready. how liberating… i feel like i seized the moment and my!… the class sure did come alive all trying to disprove evolution. I spoke with him after class and he’s very interested to learn more. So am I. I used a couple chapters of the “How Now Shall I Live” as my sole background. It was good enough for class, but I bought “Case for a Creator” to try and read up before class again on Thursday.
Phew.
I bought myself Raisinets. 😉

That’s awesome. I remember doing the same thing in college, almost. I didn’t come prepared on the first day though – once he taught us that humans were related to both chickens and dinosaurs, it riled me up enough to go to the internet and research. I made a big packet of Creationist material as well as a letter from my heart. I don’t know what ever happened from it, but that’s really cool you had the courage to face him in person!! Way to go my friend…

that’s awesome! my dad’s passion is in science and teaching about creationism. He always recommends people to read Darwin on trial (although i have never read it myself) I hope the last week has been good for you! icr.org is the site for the institute of creation research and it has crazy amounts of stuff on their site and it’s all very official and scientific so people can’t argue (or it’s harder for them to argue) but your professor seems very open, which is very uncommon i’d have you know. I pray that the lord opens doors and uses you to bless him.
