You know its a funny thing media. If used wisely and for good, which I believe you always do, it has such a power to touch lives and mean something more than just a video or a clip. I have to say thanks for capuring that in yet another great video you put together. I didnt even know it happenned  on Independance Day. Thanks Erik it was great. God Bless…

  2. Glad the ship took off without a hitch!

Ryc: I think that a deep faith and loving God is the only thing that would cause anyone to have that response. Thinking about the person I love the most, I would have a incredibly hard time saying ‘But I chose to say, blessed be your name’. Anyone who has that attitude after losing a loved one- I’m awed by your strength and faith.

I think that every person’s death, down to the smallest child, has a bigger meaning. I don’t think that anyone needlessly dies. I know that’s really hard to believe when you look around you, and sometimes I question that belief… But everything happens for a reason. God has this huge plan that we can’t even begin to fathom right now. I see in my life that he has a plan. Things I asked for last year and didn’t get a ‘yes’ to, I see were all for a greater good.

  3. Erik, I love all your pictures with videos…they make me laugh or just think of how blessed I am to have family myself. I miss my brothers so much…I only wish I could learn how to make videos to post on my xanga, so my brothers can see me and Chris, and see where I live…long with the sites of Canada. Anyway, I love your posts!!

1John 5:14This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

  5. It’s from Proverbs…. “hope deferred makes the heart sick; but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.”  (13:12)  Sorry.. I should’ve referenced it.

Thank you for your words.  You are very encouraging.  I miss seeing you, friend.  Are you coming to graduation? [it would be a tremendous blessing to see you again before I leave this place…]

Hope all is well with you….
